You can sign up free for List Joe and stay a free member forever. You may want to check into the upgrade though due to everything they offer. Here's how the program works. You agree to receive emails with credit links inside them. When you click on the credit link it'll take you to a site another member of List Joe is advertising. You just stay on the page for 20 seconds to receive credit – each link or site is good for anywhere from 25 to 80 credits.
